Part of a professional team, Early Years staff work under the EYFS and nursery pedagogies to deliver good effective practice for children.
Throughout the apprenticeship, learners gain experience in various aspects of early years care.

These educators may work independently or supervise as part of a team to deliver the EYFS. Upskills programme is a 18-month programme that equips learners with the knowledge and skills in child development. The course emphasizes care, compassions, and integrity – preparing learners to provide high-quality care and education in various settings.
